the staff was helpful, especially regarding early check-in. the room felt really warm, which i liked a lot. the location proved very convenient with many attractions nearby.
the carpet in my room showed some wear, it could use some refreshing.

the location was acceptable close to many points of interest
the room was quite dark one of the light fixtures wasn't working properly resulting in insufficient lighting also there was no place to hang my coat upon entering the room a minor but frustrating detail

convenient location spacious room friendly staff
i found the location convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions. my room felt spacious. i was happy to see the bathroom was recently renovated. the staff was also very friendly and helpful with directions.
the street noise was a bit noticeable at times.

great location nice cafe
the location was great, just a short walk to the center. I really appreciated the cafe right in the building for breakfast. It was nice to have coffee ready each morning.
our room was on a side of the building that had no elevator. It was a little hard to climb the stairs each time. I wish there was better lighting on the staircase.

i was charmed by the prompt check-in i requested. the staff was very friendly and accommodating to my family's needs. our room was clean and wonderfully warm.
i wish there was a 24/7 front desk service available. it would provide extra peace of mind for late-night arrivals or early-morning departures.

The location was convenient, near many attractions. The staff was friendly, always ready to help. I booked a quadruple room and it was spacious (perfect for my family).
The carpet in the room was dark. I saw cracks on the walls. The room cleaning was not automatic. You had to request it.
